- Impact analysis
- We provide a structured approach to help leaders analyse the actual effect of planned
changed on key stakeholders, including customers, staff, partners, service users.
- Stakeholder involvement
- We work with leaders to design and facilitate workshops to engage key stakeholders in
understanding and contributing to the required changes.
- Change Journey
- We help leaders understand the various phases of the change journey, including
understanding the case for change, planning phased implementation and understanding how
hard change can be for people involved.
- 360° Feedback
- This begins with identifying the required behaviours for organizational success and
then managing a process which gets people feedback on those behaviours. We often provide
1-on-1 coaching sessions to enable individual managers to understand their strengths and
areas for development and what to do about them.
- Executive Coaching
- We offer both 1-on-1 coaching and small action learning sets. We give time for
reflection, exploration of different approaches and encourage people to engage in new
strategies for individual effectiveness.
- Skills Modules
- We offer learning modules from 2 hours to 5 days to allow managers to explore and
practice new approach and behaviours. Typical topics are communication, role clarity,
understanding the service-profit chain and situational leadership.
- Strategy Development
- We work with leaders to design and facilitate strategy workshops. We enable people to
understand the environment, needs and organizational objectives.
- Implementation Planning
- We work with leaders to turn strategies into action plans, involving key stakeholders
in the process, ensuring buy-in and clarity.
- Programme Management
- We work with leaders to design an appropriate programme management architecture. We
help stakeholders to remain focused on the central purpose and principles of their plans.
We enable them to monitor progress and adapt project plans accordingly.
